Luciana and Mirco together with our sons Jean and Jil we welcome you in Rhemes Valley, one of the three valleys of the Gran Paradiso National Park Valle d’Aosta side.  

We are at your disposal for any information and advice, in order to make your stay more enjoyable and have your holiday in Val di Rhemes a beautiful memory.

To inquire about availability and prices:

– box booking your stay – enter your dates and number of people or type of apartment you want, you will see the apartments available with the appropriate cost. – Via mail by filling out the form on the Contact page – cell phone. 338/1153303 tel. 0165/907667

- With the online booking you can follow the signs – you are paying by credit card – via mail confirming the period, the apartment required – vs. a mailing address and telephone number of guests present – will then be our care to discuss the availability – the cost and give you directions to make payment of the deposit of 30%. – Via telephone – cell. 338/1153303 tel. 0165/907 667 vs. leaving the details – phone number and email – apartment number – period and guests present, then you will receive an email with instructions for payment of the deposit of 30%.
Submission of earnest money deposit may be made by confimatory.

Cancellation policy:

Waiver by the customer to stay holiday, it must be communicated in writing via fax 0165/936200 or email info@casegranparadiso.com. The deposit already paid will be retained and may be reused for another reservation within one calendar year from the period booked.

Upon arrival the guests will have registered and paid the balance of your stay – this can be done via cash, check, debit or credit card. Also required is the security of € 80.00 – (€ 160.00 in case of animals) to be paid separately in cash or check – returned upon departure after inspection of the apartment.

You will then be accompanied by one of our employees to the apartment you have reserved. Please be informed that all our customers upon their arrival, will be delivered free of charge:- Tourist Card, which entitles you to rebates and discounts from businesses (restaurants – mini-market
envelope containing material information about the area.
Office hours for check in: From 15.00 to 19.00 Delivery apartment from 16.00 to 19.00 on day of arrival check out the apartment from 8.00 to 10.00 on the day of departure. In case of check out time of day and the day provided the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer or postal order. Departures and Arrivals outside the above mentioned shall be previously agreed with the management.

F.A.Q. – FREQUENT QUESTIONS

Can I have a description of the apartments?
The one-room apartment consists of an open plan living area with a sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom – the two-rooms apartment consists of one bedroom, a living-room with kitchenette and a bathroom – the three-rooms apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living-room with kitchenette and a bathroom. The Chalet is a renovated mountain hut with kitchen, living-room with sofa bed, bathroom and loft bedroom – The Class is a luxury apartment with quality furniture, consisting of a large living-room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

What are the facilities provided?
All units have a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven and cutlery, crockery, glasses and all other necessary cooking equipment including a pressure cooker and a grill pan; a living-room with sofa bed and/or bed chair (with the exception of the Old Barn and the two-rooms apartments 104B and 105B); double bedrooms, single beds and/or bunk beds. Duvets and/or bedspread, blankets and pillows are provided. Colour Tv – vacuum cleaner – iron and ironing board.
Some apartments also have: dishwasher – washing machine – hairdryer – satellite with digital decoder or sky decoder with the option sky cinema (Old Barn) – fireplace – storage unit for ski gear – deckchair and/or garden chairs and table supplied in summer (for the units with a balcony or a garden).

What is the minimum time I can rent for?
In order to guarantee a successful organization, during July and August and for the New Year there is a 7 nights minimum stay with check-in and check-out on Saturday for the apartments in Rhemes Saint Georges and on Sunday for the apartments in Rhemes Notre Dame. During the rest of the year a 2 nights minimum stay and arrival during the week is allowed.

What’s included in the rates?
Unless otherwise specified, prices quoted for every apartment are per week and include: the rent of the unit, heating, water and gas and final cleaning. All bedlinen and towels are included and changed once a week or during the changeover period.

What’s included in the linen?
Linen is provided for the persons listed on the booking form and includes: fresh linen (top and bottom sheet and pillowcases) for double and/or single beds; a towel set for each person (one bath, one hand and one wash cloth) – a bath mat, liquid hand soap and one toilet roll – table linen (tablecloth and napkins for the persons listed on the booking form) – a kitchen kit (two dishtowels, a dish cloth, two pot holders and an oven glove) – cleaning kit (a floor cloth and a bin bag) – single-dose of washing-up liquid and a sponge.

What are the extra costs?
There are no extra costs – except for the security deposit.

Do I have to leave a security deposit?
When you check-in and are handed the keys, a refundable security deposit of 80,00 € (160,00 € if you bring animals) is required against breakages and damage which will be refunded within the return of the apartment keys to us providing the agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment inventory.

How do I pay the deposit and the balance?
A booking deposit of 30% maximum of the total cost is required when booking. We accept cash, postal order, direct bank transfer, credit/debit cards, cheque . Every booking is subject to our written confimation. The balance is payable on your arrival (we accept the payment methods stated above) when you are handed the keys. Our staff will take you to your apartment.

How do I get the keys to the property?
Apartments will usually be made available from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm on the day of arrival.  If you are running late you must notify us in advance. All apartments must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

What do I have to pay if I cancel the booking?
Any voluntary cancellation must be notified to us, in time, in writing, by fax or email, so that we can re-let the apartment. In this case the deposit will be refunded, otherwise it will not be refunded but could be used towards another booking, within a year.

Is there a washing machine in the apartments?
Some apartments have a washing machine. Otherwise, there is a launderette in Aosta.

Where can I walk my dog?
You can walk your dog on the left orographic side of the Rhemes valley – whereas the right side is part of the Gran Paradiso National Park and dogs are not allowed. Pets must not be left unattended in the house.

What can we do for leisure?
You can find useful information on the “Sports and leisure” section of our site and in the folder you will be handed on your arrival.

How can I request the free facilities?
Free facilities must be requested when booking or during your stay (they are always subject to availability) with a maximum of two facilities per unit. A maximum of 2 mountain bikes with child seat are available from the 1st of June to the 30th of September.

Is there an internet connection?
There is a free internet access for our guests at the Rhemes Notre Dame office, during working hours. Guests can also send and receive faxes and receive mail.


What’s included in the 3 and 5 months offer?

The offer includes all heating costs, electricity, water and clean out fee. Linen is not provided (bedsheets, towels, tablecloth and kitchen kit). Quilts, blankets, pillows and cutlery, crockery, and kitchen utensils provided.
Only persons listed on the booking form may occupy the apartment. Under no circumstances may persons other than the ones specified in the apartment description occupy the apartment except by prior agreement with the direction.
